On August 18, the Wenzhou Red Cross and Wenzhou Hongfeng jointly established Hongfeng Care, a Wenzhou Red Cross Special Fund. Hongfeng donated CNY 500,000 to the Wenzhou Red Cross as the start-up fund in the first phase.
